Sometimes i wonder about all the junk we let ourselves hear and see and speak and act out. From the movies we watch to the songs we listen to  to the words we catch ourselves saying to others. There’s got to be something more to our lives than just doing all this over and over. Why cant we just live without all that stuff? why cant we just be happy with things that bring us up and encourage us. Its so hard to break away from it all. I know that when im done typing this ill be thinking ‘wow..what a thought’ but ill go right back to doing all those things i wonder about in the first place. It seems like its impossible to change things because we are just one person. The world is a crummy place it seems like. And people are shit. People are such shit. Im sure i contribute to that too. Im no exception. I try my best not to be…but even the best of us turns out to be shit sometimes. Doesn’t mean we should give up trying. We have to somehow accept our mistakes but desperately try not to repeat them. We have to want to not repeat them. That’s the hardest part if you ask me.
